31st National Day and 1st Anniversary of Liberation of Kuwait respectively in February 1992
Kuwait issued a m/sheet with two different stamps of denominations 50Fils and 150fils, on the occasions of 31st National Day and 1st Anniversary of Liberation of Kuwait respectively in February 1992. Flags of participating countries (including Pakistan) in the Desert Storm for the Liberation of Kuwait are printed on the stamp with denomination 150Fils.
